Please describe your overall experience at Willowbrook Cardiovascular?

It has been great. I’ve been with them for 10+ years and was referred by my local cardiologist in Conroe to Dr. Nasir. Overall it has been perfect.

Describe your experience with the front office staff at the practice.

There is always a receptionist that answers... There is a nurse there Leah who is great. She calls right away and takes care of it.

How would you detail your interactions with your doctor?

I feel really good about Dr. Nasir. I wouldn’t be alive today if Dr. Nasir wasn’t in charge of my case.

Here’s one example though not cardiology related... I was in the hospital in Conroe and had internal bleeding. I was in and out of the hospital 4 different times over a four month period and the local doctors still couldn’t figure out the problem. I needed to go somewhere else…to Houston, but I didn’t know anyone there. I only knew Dr. Nasir. My wife called Dr. Nasir and asked if he could help. He not only helped he took charge and got me checked into Methodist. Though I was under the care of someone else, Dr. Nasir checked on me every single day. Within 3 days I was fixed! I know Dr. Nasir cares about his patients but he really proved it then.

Does your doctor spend an adequate amount of time with you to explain your condition and treatment options?

Always. He was always willing to answer questions. I could even catch him in the halls and ask my questions. He never turned me away.

Would you recommend Dr. Nasir and Willowbrook Cardiovascular to family and friends who may need cardiology care?

Anybody in the world! Ask my wife if you want to hear all the praise since she went through all of this with me.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Early on when I was having major problems a few years back, Dr. Nasir was out of the country. They didn’t turn me away but instead had me come right down and brought in another doctor to see me. They could have told me to come back when Dr. Nasir returned but instead had me come down immediately and brought somebody in to see me. I am pleased to do anything that would help promote the clinic.
